Cancellation can be done only before we ship the product to you. In case you want to cancel the order, please do it within 6 hours of ordering. To cancel your order, you have to follow the following process,
(a) To cancel your order, please send us an email to [email protected] with your order details and we will cancel it promptly.
(b) In case we have shipped the product to you, you will get an email saying, “The order cannot be cancelled as we have already shipped it.” If the product is still not shipped, you will get a confirmation mail regarding the cancellation of your order.
(c) If the cancellation is confirmed by The Chayi, we will refund the total order amount.
