ORIGIN OF TEA: Assam, India
- Place one teaspoonful per cup (2.5 grams)
- Pour 200 ml of hot water at 75-80°C into the cup.
- Infusion for 3-5 mins covering the cup with a lid
- Strain and Serve
- You can sweeten your tea with sugar, honey for that extra flavor. But we recommend you drink it plain.

ABOUT ASSAM GREEN TEA
Assam is the largest tea growing region in the world covering about 2,16,200 hectares of land and producing more than 400 million kgs of tea each year. The harvest is done twice in a year. The first flush harvest starts in the month of February and has a flowery fragrant and bright golden yellow when brewed. The second flush happens during May-June and the best Assam teas are harvested during this time with a full, spicy, malty flavour a rich rich coppery red to deep brown color in the cup.
